The Cultural Alliance (The Alliance) was founded in 2005 by a group of visionaries to fill a cultural void for residents of Banning and the San Gorgonio Pass Area. It is the only comprehensive arts organization in the San Gorgonio Pass Area introducing arts in many disciplines, including visual arts and many forms of performance arts.
